SHIPPING

Fagen Fighters can ship parts worldwide (with the exception of some restrictions that apply to some parts). All orders are processed within 5 business days of when the order is placed. Shipments and deliveries will not occur over the weekends or holidays. If shipping delays or complications occur, the customer will be the first to know. Below we highlight more information about shipping with us. Please contact our team with any questions.

Damage and Lost Packages

Fagen Fighters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your package damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our team to file a claim or take the necessary steps to move forward in resolving the problem.

We do not insure shipments unless requested so by the customer upon placing the order. Our team will do everything we can to help resolve the issue, but will not offer reimbursements or new items in exchange for those that were lost or damaged.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimate

Shipping charges (crates, boxes, etc) and handling fees will be calculated and displayed on your invoice at the time of payment. The handling fee and crate fees are based on size, material costs, time and labor.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You can expect to receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number by email within 12 hours of when the package was shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Fagen Fighters Restoration is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Returns Policy

Fagen Fighters Restoration has a 30 day return policy for all orders. If the part has been modified, swapped, or changed in any way, we will not accept the return. If a return occurs due to our error (we sent the wrong part, the condition is not as we advertised, etc.), we will reimburse the customer for shipping.
